From March 2026, pupil and parent data is securely stored using Class Manager, a specialist dance school management system.

We also use:

  • Mailchimp for newsletters and event sign-ups

  • Wix for website forms and hosting

These providers use secure, password-protected systems with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place.

Access to personal data is restricted to authorised staff only.

6. Payments

Invoices and payment records are administered via Class Manager, which may integrate with secure third-party payment processors.

We do not store full bank or card details on local systems.
